Sep 23, 2010 · you can flash the e2100l-firmware.bin directly using the stock firmware upgrade tab. i tried to set a repeater bridge on this router/firmware but for some reason, i could connect successfully but i wasn't getting IP from the DHCP server which is a DIR-615 E1. i tried the same procedure with a E2000 and it worked beautifully with the DIR-615 E1.

Just follow instructions and you'll be fine.. However, don't expect miracles on the power output srtting;it may not do what you need.
