Hi, I looked on other forums to see if other people had the same problems, but none of the solutions listed there worked. My problem is: When using google chrome, the loading thing first turns anticlockwise for ages, and then clockwise and the page loads.

Sep 01, 2008 · Anyways shortly after I got Win 10 I started getting the issue where chrome would take about 15 minutes to start up and if I restarted my PC it would work immediately. But now no matter what Chrome takes that long to start and if I close out of it and open it again it takes another 15 or so minutes.
So the problem wasn't Windows, necessarily -- it was Chrome.
